Yesterday I have heard no one pirate! On all SW freqs (3-21 MHz) there was the same strange noise, and there were not heard low-power stations. Yes, at night I heard with good quality Radio Habana Cuba, WTJC, WINB, REE on 9630 via CTR, but low-power stations (including pirates) were not heard.
It might be because of
a) bad propagation
b) my experiments with antennas. Yesterday I've made something like loop wire antenna, but it seems that it isn't good antenna. So today I will turn it off.
c) problems with my DEGEN. I had problems with sound yesterday but I've eliminated them. But could damage something in receiver.
